formulating that perfect excuse, your Palm(tm) device and
LameXcuse can help.

You have the right to use this application freely and on an
unlimited basis so long as you realize that the author
assumes no responsibility for any damage which this application
might cause you or your handheld device. The application
has been tested as much as possible, but there is always a
chance that a serious bug was overlooked.

all the files originally included with it are also included
in the redistribution unaltered. You may not charge specifically
for this application without permission from the author. A 
general shareware distribution charge may be applied to it if
the charge is not specific to this application.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
===============================================================

To install LameXcuse on your Palm OS(R) device:

1. Verify your Palm OS version by selecting "Info..." from the
   Palm OS Applications menu. Click "Version" button. The top
   line should read "Palm OS(tm) Software v.#.#". You need
   OS 3.1 or newer to run LameXcuse.

2. On your PC, unzip LameXcuse. The Palm executable
   is titled "lameXcuse.prc".

3. Double-click on lameXcuse.prc to place the application in
   Palm's Install Tool. Optionally, start the Install Tool
   on your PC and select Add... to include the lameXcuse.prc
   application in the file list window. Click Done.

4. HotSync your Palm OS device.

5. The LameXcuse application will be placed in your Unfiled folder.

6. You are now ready to run the application.

UNINSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

To remove LameXcuse from your Palm OS device:

1. Select "Delete..." from the Palm OS Applications menu.

2. Scroll down the application list and find "LameXcuse".

3. Tap on "LameXcuse" to highlight the application.

4. Tap on the Delete button.

5. Tap on the Yes button to delete the application.

APPLICATION OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
===============================================================

LameXcuse is easy to use. 

To begin, select a problem from the list.

Select your sex.

Tap the Help Me! button or use the up and down arrows to
generate the appropriate excuse for the situation.

The (i) button displays an About screen.

There is a Copy function on the menu should you need to use
this excuse elsewhere. Enjoy!
