My Report:

Note: This report was created to allow posting of the photo album for this location. This area is a great place to paddle, although now with the new inlet filling the tidal creek with sand, you may have to tote your kayaks a while at low tide if you attempt to paddle near low tide. However, there is still plenty of water in the other direction, passing near the main inlet, Ft. Matanzas and then around Rattlesnake Island. There are some great sand beaches on the ICW if you head south after rounding the northern tip of the island.

Enjoy the photos.
