Northern Right Whale Migration

Do you ever see any Nothern Right Whales when you are paddling offshore this time of year?
The south Georgia and NE Florida coast is their winter calving grounds.

No, never have, and I've been looking.

Maybe I'll have to do more OTS paddles this winter, though, I understand that they are generally just offshore - so an OTS40 (20 miles out, 20 back) would not be necessary).

I've only seen one once and I was trolling for Kingfish just outside the mouth of the Mayport jetties (in a power boat).
I think they do travel parallel to the shore and not far off the beach.
